So, with most tasks completed including maintenance and domestic duties my attempt at multi-tasking was a reasonable success, for a man! Of course, despite what they may claim, women are actually no better at multi-tasking than men. In fact, the whole thing is a myth. Nobody can concentrate on two jobs at the same time, it is just that women are better at flitting from one task to another while men prefer to do one job at a time and do it well. A bit like a Swiss Army knife, lots of fiddly little tools that don't do anything properly. If you want a knife, get a proper knife! Right, that should stir 'em up!
All of us, regardless of gender, are better at some things than others. I am creative and practical, Belinda is organised and efficient. It makes a good team. It's more about time management, planning tasks and prioritising. We are both used to deadlines and being under pressure. The more work we have the more we achieve, even if that means we don't get everything done, we achieve more than if we hadn't set an agenda. Like they say, if you want something doing ask a busy person.
Alright, you guessed it, I am making excuses for not completing everything as promised. I should have been talking about our new fine art giclée printer and I should have done the price list and set up the pages on the website. Unfortunately, something had to give but in the meantime if you are an artist, photographer or you want high quality prints for whatever reason, please contact us to discuss your requirements. You can be assured that are prices will be very competitive and could save you money on your current supplier. I will have all the details up and ready for next week... promise.
So 'gals', remember, screaming at the kids to shut up while eating cake and watching Jeremy Kyle doesn't count as multi-tasking!
Okay, I've gone too far now, haven't I? Hmm, thought so.
